It Was Fun While It Lasted

My 2008 AFC West Champion San Diego Super Chargers were 4-8 when someone on the team obviously read this blog and spread my optimism around.  It was a good run that catapulted the likes of Philip Rivers, Vincent Jackson and Darren Sproles to legitimate star status.  It was also good to see a healthy L.T. show the world that he hasn’t lost his burst or power (made especially evident against Tampa Bay and Denver).  But today, the Steelers were better.  That’s all there is to it.  No excuses, they won.

Congratulations, Pittsburgh… I hope the Ravens kill you.
